Great place to stay either coming or going to the airport. We stayed here the night before we left to come home and it was great!! There is a shuttle that runs 24 hours a day to the airport, Room was really nice and clean, The restaurant was also crowded.

Excellent and affordable choice for a hotel close to SJO.

Well located close to the airport

This is very convenient to the airport and two car rental agencies as well as a Denny’s and a local chicken chain. There’s a casino nearby as well. They provide breakfast in the morning and have a shuttle to and from the airport. It’s always very clean and modern we enjoy staying there the night before we depart Costa Rica.

Very convenient located to the airport. All rental car locations are across the street. The color temperature of the light was too cold. The surface of chair in our room was peeling off and could be repaired/exchanged

Can’t go wrong with the Hampton Inn by the airport in San Jose, very convenient, reasonably priced, free hot breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport.

Great airport location with free shuttle, very clean and comfortable bed, overall a basic room which was all I needed for an overnight stay to catch a 6 am flight. Would stay again.

Very friendly and clean room

Unfortunately we had a big problem, my company booked two rooms as we were brining a very sick man man back to the US for Costa Rica, we hired a Nurse from the nearby Hospital to stay with him during the stay, and even though we registered the nurse with her hospital credentials at the reception, when she arrived the staff at the desk treated her like a working girl (prostitute) she was extremely upset as was i and my staff. they even said it was there "policy" to charge for these girls to stay in the room. the next day the daytime manager that was aware of the sick mans status was extremely apologetic to all involved but i would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Room was clean. Parking was easy. Front desk staff was kind and professional. Best part was the food. Delicious dinner and breakfast with many choices. Very satisfied!

The swimming pool water was murky.
