Everything was great besides our check in. We got there early and expected to wait until 3pm since there was no early check in. Staff made us wait hours after to get in our room. We could not get a clear answer as to when our room would be ready. Very frustrarting after a 12 houe flight. Also alot of the restuarants inside the hotel we wanted to dine at were closed for private events.

Excellant location

Great location, friendly staff. Beds were crazy hard and uncomfortable. Room was freezing even with the heat on high but front desk was able to provide a portable heater which took the edge off a little. Very clean and cute room. I would stay again!

A beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. The location was perfect just steps away from the Rue de Rivoli and 2 blocks from the Louvre where you can take the Hop on Hop bus to take you to all of the tourist destinations. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of shops restaurants and bakeries around.

After we left the hotel they are charging us for mini bar that we did not touch. Can't believe this.

We enjoyed our room at Normandy Le Chantier. It looks a bit run down but don’t let that fool you as the rooms are really nice. Ours looked like it had never been stayed in. It was very quiet also.

The staff was incredible. The crepes were delicious.

An excellent experience overall. Nicely decorated room with all expected amenities. Great location. And a very nice reception from the staff who were all really pleasant, helpful and welcoming🙂

Very nice accommodations! They checked me much earlier than normal to my delight since I was exhausted from my flight. I was so glad. The room was perfect with comfy bed and a great view. I enjoyed the wine bar, they recommended wonderful wines for me to try and were very welcoming.

Clean room and bathroom. People upstairs were noisy in the morning though.
