Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

Clean, centric, amenities , breakfast with lot of options

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve, hospitality went room to room sharing delicious sweet bread. You can’t beat the location either. It’s walkable distance to Resz, Marienplatz, and the market. My family had an unforgettable Christmas stay in Munich; very glad we picked this hotel!

Lovely location, nice rooms, helpful staff

Amazing hotel! Perfect Location. We upgraded to a suite when we got there and was a perfect stay. I did not realize this was a 4 Seasons Brand hotel and it did not disappoint. Walking distances to amazing shops and restaurants, next to the palace and opera house. Nice pool and gym area in the spa. Lobby area was a great place to hang and be seen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative I would say was pillows were very mushy.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The staff are friendly and work to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are a bit older and some of the amenities do not work the way they should. I would still recommend this hotel but know that there are opportunities for upgrades and improvements.

Several small problems that the hotel addressed very quickly. However, it was clear that no vaccuuming of our room was done during a 4 night stay.

This is a beautiful high-end hotel. There were expensive luxury cars parked outside and dropping guests off all the time. Most guests looked like a million bucks! When we arrived after an overnight flight from Toronto, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room was ready and that we had received a complementary room upgrade. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and faced a very quiet side street. The bathroom only had a single sink which we are not used to, but the heated floors and fancy bidet toilet made up for it! The bed was very comfortable. The room came with robes and slippers. I recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay. It was excellent & included tattinger champagne! There was also a warming oven for fresh croissants, chocolate croissants and some other breads. There were traditional German breakfast items such as sausages, but also things like smoked salmon. There were made to order eggs, some of which came with caviar! This was definitely one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we have had. The hotel is located on a street with all of the high-end stores. It is also a three minute walk from the famous Haufbrauhause and less than a five minute walk to the Marienplatz and Virtuelmarkt. We walked everywhere and felt safe all the time. The hotel is also conveniently located to public transportation. For instance, we took the train to see the BMW Welt. And we took the train on our own to Dachau concentration camp. All very easy.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. Hotel is in a prime location with many shopping and restaurant options. Hotel and amenities are five star. Breakfast is an experience I would not pass up. Hotel staff helped however they could. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was quite spacious with an excellent shower. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
