My family had a terrible night at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work and we got bitten by bed bugs! My daughter woke up with more than 20 bites.

Great location. The 1 person room is too small to keep a suitcase open but otherwise was functional.

They sent us to a room overlooking San Marco plaza and with a spectacular view of the Basilica. Breakfast was a real mess time. All guests were trying to get something and all the set up was installed in a small room and the options were limited. Air conditioning was okay in the bedroom. However, in the hall and stairs it wasn’t and that made it hardest by the time you arrived at your bedroom you were all sweaty.

They give us another hotel in face without concerg and we refuse it dirty and bad after they give us in the hotel panda not our room another bad room for twin bed very smell bad we afraid to sleep inside staying Eyes open. Next day 6 am left And I Blair Expedia to offer this hotel sorry for us

Bed bug problem is unfortunately true. Will be disputing this with my bank if they do not cooperate after providing video footage of a live bug.

Great location but the air conditioning in our room was not adequate. There was a heat wave during two nights we were there. I would go back to this hotel in the fall or spring because it was close to the main attractions. Decent breakfast.

Well, I loved the location but I am upset that they charged 120€ for twins beds extra after we declined to pay extra. And it was rude to say if you don't give us 120€ extra we'll kick you out at 11pm upon checking in. That's not good business. Hotel is good 👍 and central location but adding a mandatory 120€ to checking in was wickedness 💯 Breakfast was ok. Front desk helpful a little bit but gave inaccuracies on closed businesses and took a hour to figure out it was a closed business. Mixed bad here. Great AC in 95F weather and safer. Overall 5.5/10 because of the theft of 120€ for something we told Hotels.com in writing ✍️ we didn't want to pay. If they didn't forceably steal from me at checking in would have been a 7.5/10 stay. Must say beware of Sticky Fingers and bad business practices and they don't care 100%.

The best I can say is good lication except they have about 4 locations for rooms. Listing said there was an elevator but on checkin I was told no, not working. Room was on 4th floor with very steep stairs. I am mid- 70s and 4 flights of steep stairs 2-4 x a day would be hard. I asked for room on 2nd level and they had one but very small tight room. I paid for larger room but not able to get adjustment to price because I changed rooms voluntarily. I get it so was OK. Front desk clerk was just rude and porter, who helped with first trip up 4 flights, slipped out before helping me with new room. Breakfast was ok. Quiet too.

Bed bugs in bed, walls, and appliances. Bites everywhere on my body. Hotel staff promised me a full refund. I had to emergency book a hotel elsewhere. The hotel didn’t even compensate me for the pain and suffering I endured.

When I booked I was not aware that we wo6be put in a separate room away from the main hotel which didn't have an elevator and with luggage it can get tricky it was only one flight of stairs but very unexpected. The room was large but old and dreary. We also had sound bleed from outside so made it difficult to sleep. Not aure I'd choose to stay here again. Food for breakfast was good

Great location. Getting luggage up the stairs was a task. Great staff.

Our first room had bugs and so I went downstairs to the front desk and they told me they needed to have proof of more than one, and then we came back with pictures of a bunch of them so they finally moved us. They never apologized and just moved us across the street to Hotel diana. This hotel, our AC was broken and stuck at 26.8 no matter what we did try to fix it, our ceiling was leaking, there were bugs on the walls, but at least they weren't in the bed! They were upset that we were wanting to change rooms, but we had bugs in our bed and acted like it was our fault. I would not recommend staying here even though the price is cheap there there's a reason the price is cheap.

Location was excellent, right on St Mark's Square, we booked our hotel at Antico Panada, however at our arrival they sent us to another hotel in the corner, with no elevator access to our room, we have to use the stairs which was inconvenience, especially for people with knee issues, it was not explained to use, also the hotel where they sent to us, seems to be falling apart, breakfast was just ok, the only good thing was the location.

It was good. No complaints.

Terrible stay.Rooms are very old and not maintained.Room smells fried oil all the time and very strong odor.Mold in the ceiling ,the wood floor is broken and has lot of wide cracks.closet door is broken and missing a panel.Ac was not working and room was very hot .WORSE HOTEL TO STAY IN .

The room was clean but outdated. There were dents on the floor that was covered with carpets. The initial room assigned to us was in a dark-lit narrow hallways that can be accessed by going through elevator to 2nd floor then go down the stairs to reach to 1st floor😳. And I have mosquito bites in that room so we asked for another room. They gave us another room the next day but Luka ( front desk man) said to evacuate the room immediately. He said it 3 times) Breakfast has limited choices and set-up of the food and coffee gets the room crowded easily.

Air conditioning was working well the room was extremely small but had private bathroom that everything worked. Not the cleanest however room was extremely dusty and nail clippings were on the floor!
