L fine for a buisness trip but for whatever reason neither myself nor colleague managed a decent nights sleep over 3 nights. AC control impossible. It was fine, staff feiensly but its a budget stay.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming.

Easy access to highway and city center.

My train arrived prior to Check-in time, but the hotel gave me a room that was ready, so I could enjoy the afternoon touring Reggia Caserta after getting refreshed in the room. My paper tickets for 2 events got soaked with water on the train. The front desk very kindly reprinted my tickets, eliminating any chance that I would be rejected at the entrances.

Hotel and staff were great. Although the hotel itself was great, the proximity to the train station lends itself to the usual shady behavior.

Centre of town, seconds away from the Caserta or train station with frequent trains. Hotel is nice, breakfast is fantastic, staff diligent.

It was a great location and conveniently located right next to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice.

We really liked that this hotel had an elevator and the room was very spacious. The shower was very nice in particular. The view of the royal palace was pretty. The staff was super friendly, checked us in quickly and held our bags for us. The free breakfast was nice.

We have been to Caserta before, this was just an overnight stop before catching a flight from Naples Airport. This is a really excellent hotel in all respects. It is two minutes from the station. The accommodation was spectacular. The food (breakfast) was all top quality with a wide range available. Staff were especially helpful and friendly. Really good value for money. Caserta is a great place to visit, and the Palazzo Reale with its garden is totally exceptional. This hotel is definitely the best place to stay for a break of journey or for a longer stay, wholeheartedly recommended. There are direct bus connections to Naples Airport, and the railway station is a stop on the mainline between Rome and Bari. Don't miss Caserta, and definitely stay at the Hotel Royal.

Convenient to the train and the palace, literally just across the street from both. Good WiFi, small shower. Decent breakfast.

Exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the Palace and Train Station. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and everyone we encountered spoke English.

The bed was the best we had on our journey, memory foam. Shower is a tad small. Steps away from train station and the palace

Front desk agents were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean, well designed, and supplied necessary items like in-room coffee, tea, and toiletries. Breakfast buffet was welll stocked with a large variety of food and drinks. Located in an amazing area very near the palace, train station and restaurants. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Some of the best staff, very accommodating, helpful in everyway. Good breakfast each morning and friendly staff. Hotel was situated well for our needs, both work and places to visit. Definitely visit the Royal Palace. Bring food to eat at a bench outside, weather permitted, or use the services that they have. Upon departure, had the best concierge help us with the taxi ride to the airport. Ciao

Great location near the train and Flix bus. Superior room was very Nice. Good restaurants close by. Palace across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. In general the hotel is worth the price. It needs some renovations in carpets in lobby and hallways. The elevators also need maintenance. I was satisfied.
