Good location, service, clean and friendly staff

Very nice and modern hotel, will definitly stay there again on my next trip to Catania

Hotel is clean and modern but next time I’d prefer closer to center location. Nobody helps with luggage, taxi to airport 32 euros

The hotel staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. Good location and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Nice clean hotel. Walkable to the main center. Bus stops to central and to airport right outside. Convenient location and good spacious rooms.

Parking is very tricky

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was lack of parking - car park was closed due to refurbishment works.

For a hotel that claims to be ‘upscale’ they are severely lacking in basic services that most hotels offer guests worldwide; like shipping expensive forgotten items COD for guests. Instead I am forced to figure out how to hire a courier service in a country where I barely speak the language, completely blind to what size ‘box’ the hotel will be using to give my items to the courier.

Super professional and warm staff. Catania people never fail to show their care for tourists but this staff was above and beyond! Very close to via Etnea and quick drive to the airport

5-minute walk from pasticceria Savia, via Filomena with the best restaurants, and via Etnea. 20-minute drive from the airport. Clean, safe, professional staff very close to the downtown area!

The hotel is located only a few blocks from the main street so it's easy to get to get to stores, landmarks, the local market, bakeries and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe in the reception and bar area. The staff was very help with questions and even provided us with a snack bag to take with us when we checked out early to catch our plane. So thoughtful. The hotel was popular when we were there with many visitors. A nice breakfast buffet too. For the price we paid it was a good deal and I recommend it.

Pleasant but can improve by upgrading the rooms

The hotel is in fair condition. The stuff is okay. The location is very good. Parking lot is far away from the hotel. We bearly found a space in that lot.

Location and staff was great. Hotel rooms need renovations. Bath tubs are slippery making taking a shower dangerous. House cleaning staff make a lot of noise cleaning.
