10/10. I’ve been to 48 states, stayed in a million hotels, and this one possibly my best experience. The staff was incredible and friendly, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay, no issues and the staff were kind and understanding when I asked to drop off my bags early or leave them a little later. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with the price

It did the job. We were stuck in NYC and needed to stay somewhere.

It was a fantastic experience to stay at this hotel. The location simply cannot be beaten! Situated just a stone's throw from the Empire State Building and a short walk to Times Square, I was truly in the heart of it all. The convenience of having multiple subway lines nearby made getting around the city a breeze, and the sheer number of restaurants within walking distance was incredible. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable.The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel did lack a microwave and coffee machine in the room, which might be a deal-breaker for some. However, this didn't bother me personally as I was more than happy to grab coffee and meals out. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for their New York City adventure. The unbeatable location, great rooms, and excellent service more than made up for the lack of in-room amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a typical NYC Hotel, staff can be hit or miss, average rooms, small elevators, bathrooms, and stairwells — however overall it’s decent safe place to stay while visiting the city. It is a bit of a walk from the Broadway district so I would advise staying at a closer hotel if you want to be in the heart of Times Square near the shows and other tourist attractions.

Beautiful architecture but that doesn’t make up for all the street noise nor the fact that they charged me a bunch of fees and taxes.

Amazing location! If you are looking to be steps away from all the action this is your hotel. The rooms are average sized for New York, we slept 4 comfortably. This is a historic hotel with renovations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
