Good breakfast buffet, centrally located and great value. No A/C so summer nights can be hot and noisy crowds outside. We recommend the hotel.

Hotel right in the centre of Vienna , every attraction in walkable distance. St Stephen’s Cathedral just outside , Hofburg palace nearby opera house around the corner . . Fantastic staff could not do enough for you , I got a room upgrade to a corner suite that was amazing , very good breakfast .

Our second stay at the Hotel Europe just off Kartnerstrasse in as many visits to Vienna! This location is simply perfect! We were just blocks from two subway stops: Stephensplatz and Opera/Karlsplatz which got us pretty much everywhere we couldn't walk to. And this location is walkable to many of the most popular art and history museums in this historic city. This hotel is modern, clean and bright! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and always greets you when entering the lobby. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. Couldn't ask for much more!

Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

Perfect location to all public transportation, and they serve very good breakfast.

Clean room and superb staff with location in the heart of Vienna. Walked easily to opera, musikverein, cathedral and shopping. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Restaurant was fine, with staff helping us with great local referrals to eat. Easy uber and taxi pickups.

Excellent location and very nice place to stay

The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast is pretty good.

Prime location, you can walk to many places and use public transport for everything else very easy. Not reason to pay Uber oi taxi, unless you prefer. The only thing I didn’t like was the bath tub / shower; very tiny and high. And no curtains, it has a half door. Just be careful in and out for shower. Everything else is perfect.

This was an excellent hotel! The staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast buffet was great. They also have a lovely patio bar—perfect for relaxing with a drink.

Room was ok, stains on the boxspring quite visible and unappealing, as well as on the comforter. No dark window dressings for late mornings. Bathroom and closet is spacious. Staff not friendly. Breakfast is as expected, notbing special. Did appreciate option for filtered coffee and lactose free milk. Location ideal for shopping and getting around on foot and on public transportation (from airport, to railroad station). Overall ok for a 2 night stay.

The hotel was clean and had everything you could want, we paid a little extra for a premium room and breakfast and both were well worth the extra, especially the breakfast which was a great start to the day. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot.

Very nice hotel located in the inner city of Vienna, just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen Cathedral. Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks. There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski. Highly recommend this hotel!
