Incredible oasis with delicious food, exceptional service, and absolute comfort.

Lovely property and rooms and amazing dining room! The chef's menu it fantastic!

Spectacular hotel with impeccable service. Views are stunning and garden is an oasis in the middle of Lisboa. Only complaint is that some of gym equipment is dated and could be updated (rickety old ellipticals and quite noisy).

Lapa is very nice and quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, no surprise many embassies chose Lapa. Hotel is a former palace, so they kept the style and ambiance. Probably not a preferred place for younger folks, but we loved it a lot

The hotel is very nice we had a great time. We enjoyed the great food at the restaurant as well as the exotic drinks in the bar. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing!

This was a true luxury experience in the center of Lisbon! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are staying in a palace (and you are!). Stay in the palace side to feel like a royal. Just an amazing experience!

This was our first trip to Lisbon (we will be back) and we felt like we had won the lottery with our hotel. The lobby, the rooms, the grounds and the dining were superb (we still miss the breakfast buffet) and the staff were incredible and helpful. This is a great hotel. We will be staying here again.

Wow! This hotel surpassed our expectations in every way. Staff was wonderful, the property was beautiful and we felt truly pampered. The room with garden view was large and beautiful and the bathroom was really nice with one of the best showers we have encountered away from home
