It's an older hotel that is well-maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly. Plenty of parking!

Need better breakfast

Wall heating unit came on too often even though adjustment made before retiring. No television!!! Older hotel. Too hot water dangerous! Quiet. Would stay elsewhere for price we paid for a night!

You can tell by design it’s an older hotel but remodeled very nicely. Rooms were very nice & clean, breakfast area was well stocked & the staff was very nice & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Smoke alarm went off at 2:30 am !!!’ For no reason awful !!

VEry Clean and the house keeping staff was excellent on Saturday they folded some of my cloths i hd scattered around the room and put my dirty cloths pile in a trash bag for me to take home

We had our carpets cleaned and didn’t want to stay in our home yesterday so we decided to stay at the hotel for the the night. Well the person at the desk said that they don’t rent rooms to people who live in the same town and insinuated that we were going to do something illegal. Because people that lived in the same were up to no good

The room was clean. Lighting in the dining area was terrible. We asked the girl at the desk to turn on the overhead lights, but she didn’t turn them on. The breakfast was lame.

Always my favorite place to stay in Duncan, OK. Matches or beats the more expensive hotels in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall property condition.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Everything has been redone. Rooms are beautiful, lobby is so nice, and breakfast was great!
