The lobby smelled too much like the tobacco smoke because the casino is next door . They need to do a better job to separate both things . The first room they gave me smelled like tobacco as well until I asked them to change me to a different one.

Really bad service. The room was dirty and towels were stale. They hardly clean anything in the second day while I stay there. In Century located.Zona Rio next the golf course, but the property has a lot to be desired and they really need to upgrade service and the property

Excellent staff, the room was spotless and like always the check in was smooth and very pleasant. Victor was very nice and friendly.

It said complimentary breakfast, but there was with charge. The bedsheets had residual hair from prior tenants & little dirt marks. Beds were sorta comfortable but with springs. It has a nice view, 20 something floors and quick elevators
