I booked a comfort plus room with a breakfast. I changed the room to be just comfort, received a partial refund for this. At the checkin I found out that I had no breakfast anymore! Turns out it was silently cancelled when I changed the room, and I was not notified or refunded for it. Unfortunate. Facilities are good, except for the clog in the sink that you need to take out to let the water flow

Everything was fine, just cleaning of the room ( floor) could be better, there was dust in the corners.

The hotel was well positioned for my business trip however it is very basic with regards the rooms and general feel. Décor is dated and although the food in the restaurant was perfectly acceptable the service was very slow

This hotel has a certain classic feel to it. On top of it, the staff is quick and helpful, the breakfast was good!! I would stay here again whenever I visit bremen.

Nice experience when we checked in with polite staffs. Our room was good, very comfortable. Close to shops and walking distance to tram to central station and city centre.
