Close to the main train station and a wonderful city park. Still give you actual keys for the doors. Front desk people are wonderful, like checking into a family owned hotel. Reminds me what the word "guest" actually is supposed to mean.

Nice cosy hotel, all the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was in a great location, a few minutes from Triangle station which was very handy. We made use of the Malmo bikes and there was a place to hire these 5 mins away. If you want to watch the world cup in the park there is a fanzone in the park 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was fine, varied enough and it was great to have tea available all day.

This property is a bit old but overall well maintained and in good condition. Room is clean and has the necessities. The mattress is too soft but overall good stay with free breakfast.

The rooms are comfortable. Love the lil duck in the shower. Room was clean with clean towels. Breafast is included and though I was not going to be able to take advantage of it due to an early flight, front desk accommodated for me to still be able to take something to go. Train station is only about 5-7 min walking distance. Which made it easy to get back to Copenhagen Airport within 30 min. Train ride one way is 150 Kronas. Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful with recommendations. Area felt safe to walk around as a solo travelor. Elevator is a lil small and hotel is mot a fancy hotel but i would still stay again here and would recommend the hotel. Overall I love my 1 night stay there.

My room was clean but let down by a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom.

Variety of breakfast was fine, but quality not fantastic. First time I have that much for a stay with breakfast and only see cheap margarine for the bread instead of butter

I have stayed at Teater hotellet many times and I like it for many reasons: Comfort, very nice staff, cleanliness, breakfast buffet -and it's nice and quiet atmosphere. I fully recommend Teater hotellet.

Quite attractiveand comfortable hotel in Malmo. Good location. Helpful staff. Generally good amenities. No elevator would be an issue for some.

Supertrevlig och effektiv personal! Man blev glad att kliva in här och varmt mottagen. Enda som hade kunnat förbättras vore en krok att hänga handduken på i badrummet bredvid handfatet, samt kanske någon form av belysning över badkaret då det blir mörkt när duschdraperiet är fördraget. Samt kylskåp att förvara egna drycker i. Tack för en fin vistelse! Rekommenderar detta boende varmt. Otroligt läge dessutom med gångavstånd överallt.
