The room is old, the bed sheets and towels are old, the second-hand mattress is very old, the carpet smells musty and itchy, the window glass is not cleaned at all, the common corridor on the floor I stayed on is dark and stuffy, it's bearable but I don't think I will go again.

The service staff is very good. The air conditioned rooms are very cool. If I come to Bangkok again, I will use the service here again.

The hotel is big, although the exterior looks old. But the inside is clean, the facility is still in the room still all functional. Rate the view out of 10 I would like to recommend to increase the brightness of the corridor lights.

They need to decorate more. The place look creepy at night. I found 2 cockroaches at my room when going to eat. But their staff on breakfast cafe are good and nice

Stay countdown for the night. The hotel is old but still in good condition. The spacious room overlooks the river, bridge, Kasikorn Bank building. It is a very beautiful landmark. The service is only for 3 stars. Check in-out is very slow. The cashier system is not professional. The hotel enters the Tasting Shop project, but the staff do not understand the matter of spending through Tao Tang. Breakfast time not specified The office does not notify at check-in. Makes miss breakfast because the buffet is closed very early. 10.00 despite the countdown to one stop. Should delay the buffet time Because general services will be available until 10.30-11.00, if good, should inform or specify in the key card as well. The facilities in the room is 3 stars, the hair dryer in the bathroom has only cool air and there is no Room service menu. Or Directory within the room

This is my second visit here this year, staying in my requested favourite same corner room. It’s been a pleasant stay and the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Great views of the river and magnificent sunrise today.
