The staff were lovely and upgraded our room from a standard room. It was comfortable, had hot water, and the air conditioning was cool.

The location of the hotel is out of nowhere, but they do provide shuttle services to the MRT station. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though the room assigned to us was not refurbished and pretty aged. Breakfast needs serious improvement, as it definitely did not meet Novotel standards. Lighting of the rooms are really dim too.

The staff is polite. Even though there was a problem late at night, the service was still good.

The location is a bit far from the shopping mall so it's a bit difficult to find food outside, but you can order via Grabfood. The room and food facilities in the restaurant are satisfactory, but the receptionist and bellboy (the officer who opens the front door) are not friendly, so please fix it.

The hotel is very good, clean, good service, polite staff. I personally like it very much. Breakfast was a lot to choose from. Every time traveling to Bangkok will stay at this hotel.
