Room was nice and clean and relatively modern, even if the rest of the building felt a little old. The location is quite nice and easy for walk to a lot of different places.

Easy walking distance from the train station,friendly staff,clean rooms

Second visit and this time an inner room as the street ones can get noisy with the cars racing round the inner ring. Good sized room with a sitting area with fridge and coffee machine and kettle. Replacement pods were lacking but free coffee available from the lobby. Shower good but needs a door as if your tall you soak the floor plus for the slight mobility challenged a handle next to the toilet or a ledge would be good as using the toilet roll holder for leverage is not great. Did not have breakfast this time but last year we did and the choice was good. Easy walking to the shops and local transport and good reasonably priced underground parking available. Cost about €60 for our 5 day stay. (4 nights). Staff friendly.

Chosen mainly due to the location to the train station, the majority of things were satisfactory. A pleasant welcome, good-sized room, comfortable bed, ample hanging space, fair -sized bathroom and good internet speed. Disappointed at the lack of a hospitality tray and lack of control over A/C. Fitness room only has free weights and no machines so I ended up using the stairwell for my exercise. Breakfast buffet was good and check out was not a problem. Price was also quite fair.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and close to public transport links. All idea for my short city break. Would highly recommend.

The reception is modern and staff are excellent. The corridors are dated. The room we had was a suite which was spacious but there were stains and rips on the curtains and stains on the armchair. The advert mentions premium bedding but the bed wasnt comfortable as it was hard and the pillows were lumpy. It is a good location as its right next to the city and train station so its well connected but the road is very busy snd can be heard from the room.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Walking distance to the center. We were lucky enough to receive free parking from a lovely lady.

As advertised. Clean room within minutes of the train station and underground to the stadium.

Solid choice in Dortmund, fairly priced, next to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Easy walk into downtown. Staff was helpful in reserving a car and easy check in.

4th visit to this hotel, and it has been always good to be here for every regards.

The location of this hotel is excellent…right next to train station. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. I took away one star because hotel listing says they have a gym. The do NOT have a gym. They have some dumbbells and yoga mats in a tiny corner of the sauna and the space does not open until 3pm.

The room itself was comfortable, large with separate seating area and good desk and workspace, and suited me well for a 4 day work trip. Whilst there is a tea and coffee station at reception, no kettle or cups provided in the room, which irritates me. I dont want to have to get dressed and go downstairs for a hot drink first thing in the morning. Everything else provided was bare minimum basics. The room was generally clean, but the arm of the sofa, where it met the seat back was literally thick with dust. Breakfast was basic but ok - no other options better nearby though.

NH Dortmund is a located in a key place to move around the city, giving you access to the train lines. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
