CLEAN, nice staff!

I had a job assignment in Clyde, NC and I never been here before. So I did a Google search and found several motels which I don't like that type of lodging. Finally I came across the Comfort Inn & Suites near by in Maggie Valley, NC. This place was very clean and inviting. When I checked in the gentleman was very nice and knowledgable of the area. Nice little shops and restaurants walking distance. This will be my hotel of choice when I return on my next assignment. And I plan on bring my family for a nice get away for the weekend.

Great value! Room and facility as a whole was very very clean! Covered pool and hot tub was nice as well. Staff was very professional and friendly! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location in Maggie Valley and super clean room.

We've stayed here before and overall we really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lots of activities, and my kids loved the water park. A couple minor things bugged me this time, half their arcade machines were down and they were out of most of their ice cream flavors. This seemed odd since it was early June and they were having these issues. I wonder what it will be like in a few weeks when business really peaks. We were there for 4 days and these were never addressed

The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean. The problem we had was that we reserved a king suite with a balcony, but when we got there they gave us a regular king room with no balcony because they didn’t have any suites available.

Clean, comfy, and safe. Within walking distance of so many things in Maggie Valley. Breakfast was sufficient and well stocked, pool was fun and clean. Only complaint was the hot tub out of service.

We had a great stay. Our room was clean. We were close to the festival fairgrounds for the Jeep Fest and could walk. We did have a lot of noise from the room above us on our last night. Not sure what was above our room but there was a lot of noise. We will stay again for sure.

For the money I paid, the room was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and polite, next time I'm in the area on a trip, I will book again without hesitation. Paniagua front desk personal was extremely friendly and gave good insight on local area restaurants and attractions.

This was a get away for my wife and I. I booked this hotel knowing that Maggie Valley is a quite place and would be relaxing. It was indeed quiet, the hotel bed was comfy and the folks that work there seen nice. One of the main reasons for booking this place was the pool and hot tub, both were closed while were there for 3 days. This was very disappointing and we were told it had to do qith a timer. This is a simple part to replace and readily available, but not while we were there. During our stay housekeeping did not make our bed at all. We got fresh towels and they cleaned, but did nit touch the bed. I found this strange for a Comfort Inn. I wouldn't stay here again, would look for a different place.

Loved it and will come back hopefully next time the pool and hot tub will be up and running.

We did a three night stay and it was lovely! The setting is great, staff are so friendly, the room was clean and ready for our arrival. They do offer continental breakfast despite them not showing it on this website and they had a nice selection. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved both of the pools and the room was clean and spacious.
