Clean room, pleasant and efficient staff.

The clean room. The staff were super helpful and vwry understanding. Our room was so spacious. Loved the vibe.

There was a duplicate booking and hotel did not fully refund me when I told them it was a duplicate booking and would not be using the extra room. Hotel is older, very noisy at night, sounded like parties were happening all around us.

Housekeeping is detail oriented, breakfast is a delight, the staff are friendly and knowledgable. We love huntingdon

Friendly staff, spacious rooms are newly renovated, quiet, and clean and we had a fantastic view of the harbour! Short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the BC Royal Museum. Included breakfast was a wonderful bonus! Our new go-to place in Victoria!

Accommodating staff.

Guest services was robotic and unfriendly. I reserved and prepayed for a room but when I got there they charged me more because I didn’t want a room on the ground floor. Rules everywhere - don’t do this…don’t do that. Would not stay here ever again.

Had a dog with us and stayed two nights ,really think the 30 dollar charge should only be for the first night as the room did not have to be cleaned till we left.
