The staff is so friendly and attentive! The parking garage is having work done so they valet our vehicle

Great location but the rooms are starting to become dated.

This is great for downtown stays and ita connected to the Conference Centre Elevator waits were lengthy is my only complaint

Room spotless,with a beautiful view of the harbor. We had the buffett breakfast, and it was fabulous, really extensive. The staff in all areas were very helpful and friendy, we have been before, and never disappoints

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were there to attend a concert and with the 3:00 check in at that time the line was almost back to elevator the staff were great and line moved quickly

It was a gift for my parents while they enjoyed the Brier. They had an excellent stay and said everyone was so nice to them.

Booked to stay at hotel, room only, for two nights at total of $640 cd ($320 p/n]. Extortionate price due to Briar being on , which We accepted. Was very disappointed that despite that price the housekeeping never even bothered to make our bed. The room was serviced, coffee etc replenished, toilet roll folded over, but bed was not remade. Was not value for money.and shocking service.
