The room and common areas were very clean and in good condition. My stay was during very hot and humid weather and the air conditioning worked effectively. Most of the staff I encountered was friendly (morning check out person wasn’t rude or anything just clearly not having a good time that morning). Breakfast was good, well stocked and nice selection. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was incredibly nice. The bed itself was more firm than I prefer but it was not uncomfortable. I would have really loved a firmer pillow but again, personal preference and not a big deal.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. (It's 30 minutes from Hershey Park)

Excellent service and accommodations

Front desk and housekeeping was very nice but it’s just an older hotel That needs some TLC. The back entrance door was unlocked our whole visit. We had to ask for service on our room. Carpet was coming apart on the floor. Breakfast was the same 2 days in a row so we stopped going.

Do not stay here. Price is ridiculous for an outdated and dirty hotel. Checked in immediately had to be moved.100 % Smoke free rooms my butt room reaked of marijuna. Staff had attitude move us to second room…A/C doesn’t work. Steer clear of this hotel!

I’m surprised this hotel has such good reviews. Our room was dirty. The carpet hasn’t been carpet cleaned in a very long time, you could tell by the marks of where people walk in and out of the bedroom and by the couch in the living room area. The shower and toilet were dirty and worn out and clearly need upgraded. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the room with my shoes off just by the feel of the floor in each room. Staff at the front desk was nice. Didn’t use common area or have breakfast in the morning so can’t comment on that.

It was clean

Great property. Just out dated furniture and pool should get cleaned out daily too much bugs in water. Staff was awesome! Hotel just needs to be clean daily to many dead bugs everywhere.

It was a pleasant weekend

The toilet was clogged when we arrived and the fan over the bed had missing blades. For the price of the room I thought it would be kept up more.

Nice and friendly staff. Great property.

Was not told when I checked in about only getting the room cleaned every other day during my stay. Called for maintenance the day after I arrived to have someone come and check the slow drain in the bathtub plus a clicking coming from the air conditioner vent in the kitchen. No one ever came. Certainly not the usual I experience during a Hilton stay. Will not stay there again!

Easy friendly check in and check out service

We couldn’t get the climate in our room cooler than 76°. The front desk wasn’t very helpful when we asked for a different room. We eventually got the new room, but it came with attitude and a sense that it was somehow our fault that we wanted a new room.

Excellent service and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was large!
