Skylar at the front desk was great. The automatic doors, as well as the elevators needed oil. Definitely could have gone without the overnight guy commenting on my lack of bra when I asked him where it was okay to smoke outside.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The motel was easy to get to. In the room there was a sock left on the closet floor from a prior guest and the shower head would not stay mounted.

Very underwhelming. Hotel was understaffed. Mentioned to front staff that my child found a pair of adult underwear and a cigarette lighter in the room, and he was very dismissive saying that he's seen that happen before. Not a safe atmosphere for children that this is what's being left in rooms from a previous guest. Offered no apology.

Stay was fine. Had to wait several minutes for someone to check us in then again just to purchase a bottle of water. Dirty elevators with wrappers on the floor. Overall room was nice for the price.

Clean and spacious room

I was very hot upon arrival and asked for bottled water and I was told no that they have it for sale. No coffee or cream was available in the afternoon. The coffee in the room had hole so coffee was full of grounds.

Had a wonderful time with my family. Everything was very nice.

Room was great.. spacious, clean, bright with a great hot shower, indoor pool was small but very clean, & there was a small clean patio with tables/umbrellas outside from the pool area. All employees were so kind & helpful! Breakfast was great.. lots of options! Entire hotel was clean & maintained well.. Was animal friendly but never smelled like it & they were reserved on a separate floor I believe which I appreciated as a person with terrible animal allergies. Only one complaint.. was the king mattress in room 128 was like sleeping on metal springs.. Awful & so disappointed.. we tossed & turned for 3 nights.. was a bummer. Back still hurting since we got back 8/24.

Booked this hotel mainly for their pet friendliness and the proximity to the Kodak Center. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast and coffee was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, would stay here again!

My stay was amazing. Also. The lady who checked me in was the absolute best. She went above and beyond. Great attitude & great customer service skills. I wish I knew her name. But she is the reason my stay was amazing

Close to freeway, shopping centers, and airport

The room had no soap or lotion in the dispensers. There was a water bottle cap under one of the nightstands.

I was very glad the front desk person located us on the first floor. I did let them know the refrig. door did not close properly and the frost in the freezer had built-up.
