We checked in with Barbara and she gave details with beaches in the area. She's nice and though rough when we checked in. We were surprised to find out our room ran out of hand soap and then shampoo and then towels. We had to go to front desk and housekeepers to ask for. We can hear noises from a small airport close by. We feel the place is a bit not safe. Inside the hotel looks good, but we see the hotel painted with dark grey outside/exterior which made it looks like an old cheap place. We think brighter color for exterior looks more appealing and upscale (e.g. green, light yellow/blue/orange, and etc.)

The room was not the cleanest, the fridge had a horrible smell when it was open. Had to open the toilet tank to flush the toilet. Housekeeping never took our trash. The staff was good though

1. My room had cockroaches. 2. I stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night. 3. A/C unit was a old one - noisy and limited options

This was my second stay and it was just as great as the first! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the amenities were well taken care of. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable — definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

I’ve stayed here several times and never had a problem with anything I would stay here again no hesitation.

The manager or whoever decided to paint the building with the new colors, GOOD CHOICE! It gave the hotel a new look, more modern and updated. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Great place to stay.

Property was fine for a 1 night stay after a late arrival at St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport. Room was fine; nothing special. Breakfast bar was good and staff was friendly.

Nasty rooms, bugs everywhere, dirty floors, cold breakfast, and shuttle driver watching his phone while driving, wifi would not work
