Clean room, nice breakfast

the description said restaurant but it was reheated pre-made meals

Wonderful place to stay. Terrific staff, good breakfast. The hotel has a nice pool and gym.

Adequate hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is a bit off the mark. They never seem to be where they are supposed to be. Nobody at reception. Nobody in the market shop. Nobody at breakfast. Staff needs better training and supervision.

A hotel that shows signs of aging and lack of renovation and maintenance; however, it serves well the purpose of a good night's sleep and a good bathroom. The parking access system is awkward and needs an upgrade.

My wife & I used this hotel two different nights on a road trip from Santiago to Argentina & back. While a few miles off the carretera, the hotel is quiet, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was very responsive and professional to our questions and requests. The only downside for us was lack of evening dining in and around the hotel, but we discovered a very good restaurant closer to downtown called "Mercato." Surprisingly good pastas.

I noticed improvements. I was placed in a quiet room with isolated windows, the a/c unit run perfectly with constant fan which I like. Firm and soft pillows to choose. Even I was called respectfully by my name at the front desk! Definitely this hotel is re-gaining my confidence.

Deberían instalar ventanas termopanel con buen nivel de aislación acústica. Estuvimos en una habitación en dónde llegaba el ruido de karaoke de un bar que está próximo. En limpieza todo bien excepto el olor a orina en la taza del baño que además estaba manchada con la orina. El colchón un poco duro pero entiendo que es cosa de gustos. La amabilidad muy bien. Nos cambiaron a una habitación un poco menos ruidosa y eso se agradece.

They called me while driving to the hotel to ask my arrival time. I don't know the reason for this since I paid in advance. I was pushed to pay the tax immediately instead of at the check out that is what I do in other hotels where I pay along with restaurant tickets. Otherwise, the hotel room is quiet and I liked it.

Very clean

360/5000 Upon check-in they told me they were going to charge my credit card $ 50.00 for security and if I did not consume anything they would return it to me when checking out. I did NOT consume ANYTHING and when checking out I had to claim the refund ... I was given proof that it had been done however, 24 hours later THAT RETURN DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD

Property was well kept. . The air conditioning was not working properly so we were moved to a different room. The biggest issue was there were no restaurants near the area.
