The staff were so helpful to find us dog friendly rooms when our reservations didn’t show we had our dogs.

I was charged for every extra and we could even have extra tissue in the room. And i asked to use a room for a grad gathering and would have been another charge of 149 tp 210 bucks. So forget that and couldnt even get a receipt because i booked theu expedia. Such honorable joint partnering…

Clean room, AC worked, fairly quiet.

Worst hotel experience ever! I booked a pet friendly room, I clearly asked if the room was pet friendly. I asked the staff, and they confirmed it was indeed before I got my cat. However, when I actually got my cat, the same staff member changed their words into “not all rooms are pet friendly, yours isn’t”. They told me to keep my cat in the hallway and threatened to charge me. I was able to figure it out after a couple of minutes and they promised not to charge me. Next thing I know they charge my card after confirming not and said “my manager passed me a note”. Their service was horrible all around… one of the worst I ever experienced.

Nice place though beds hard The pool, hot tub and arcades were a nice break as Kamloops is dull

FYI: The one bedroom suite is actually a regular hotel room with bed and a small room with another bed. It is not a sitting/living room with a separate bedroom.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Older but in good shape and very good customer service. Great spot to stay when in town for sport tournaments.

Way over priced for the condition of the hotel. Bit of a lipstick on a pig situation. Trying to be hip but missing the mark. The room was clean and the staff was very nice but we won’t be staying here again.

Vintage building that has been well renovated to be clean and modern. So the rooms are a little small, with few reachable outlets, as they were built to older standards. But the modern fixtures are proper, beds are great, and the room fridge was suitably large. The breakfast cafe was reasonably priced, and the food is good, but it is a little understaffed. The small arcade was a nice diversion, but some of the machines need to be maintained/switched out. Pool was good (Hot tub was under renovations during our stay).

Perfect hotel for families. Pool is great, and the arcade is a treat. Loved the little general store for couple quick pops. embers the brewery had the most amazing food, and it was a plus that it’s apart of the hotel. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small but worked for our family. Front desk was super kind and we loved our stay. Thank you!

Hot tub shut down. Front desk told me it was open I get there and not open

Staff was nice and location central. Unfortunately being a light sleeper couldn’t help but hear the train activity close by and neighboring guests.

Hotel is comfortable for a quick stay! Nice location.

Should have said online the hot tub was not working, carpet was nasty dirty, doors are not solid so you can hear everything from your neighbours, for the price it was expensive. Lots of water stains on door in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again .

Good location. Embers restaurant is an excellent place for supper.

Great breakfast. We went for sports tournament. Decent hotel. Clean room. Free parking.
