When we arrived there was dried pee on the toilet seat. Toiled difficult to flush Hot water took a long time before we could feel it coming out of tap (a few min)

Everything, the staff is amazing as always. I just love to spend time at their hotel with that unique jet tube that nowhere else you can find. It’s a perfect place for relaxing and taking a step back on every day stress

Hand soap fell off the wall, a bot outdated but staff were very accommodating

Disappointed that the Hot tub was not working/ hot enough to get in on Sunday. Main reason why we picked Days Inn.

The washroom smelled and gave me a headache all week.

Room was clean but very small. Very little room between the end of the bed and dresser/fridge/table area. There was no carpet or even rug by the door. It is winter therefore the floor was quite wet from the snow from our boots that made a mess. And you can’t avoid it as the front door is right next to the entry way to the bathroom. We reserved a room for 4 and there was only 3 towels and couple face clothes for everyone to share. Coffee machine but no stir sticks or spoons to even stir your coffee. Just minor inconveniences. Also found it noisy, kids running up and down the halls till 1030.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had early mornings so did not get a chance to try it. A breakfast on the go offer would have been nice. Only real issues was the fan in the bathroom was loud, the hair dryer did not work (forgot to tell then as had my own) and the heat pump was loud. The common areas could use an upgrade asbits been touched up only. The front desk staff were super nice and accommodating with staying an extra night.

Breakfast was varied. The man in charge of restocking items and clearing tables deserves to be commended for his exceptional work!! Hallways are tired looking but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Price is good … it’s a fine choice for an overnight.

Staff was great! Room needed a better clean and wish there was cream cheese for the bagels and the eggs and sausages were plain and the juice tasted perfume like
