Had a wonderful stay. Staff were amazing, particularly Anna at reception.

The service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is truly luxurious, and the pool is absolutely stunning—it's enormous, comparable in size to a public swimming pool. It is a bit of a walk to the other side of Crown, although the entire route is indoors. The hotel is also very close to a wide range of dining options and the casino, with plenty of activities within walking distance.

Don't waste your money. Extremely bad customer service. The lady at front desk was unfriendly and no smiles. The duty manager not even better. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
