The hotel is fine. The breakfast was decent. The room was fine. Nothing special, but adequate.

We arrived very late and it took a few minutes to get inside. I think the woman was sleeping which is understandable since it was so late.

Nice basic room with fridge and microwave. Shower had decent water pressure. Desk staff was friendly

The room was spacious and comfortable, except for two things: (1) the refrigerator.ade a horrible noise that I found not figure out for about 20 minutes, and (2) the room had an odor, most likely because of the cleaning products, but it was overwhelming at times. One small additional thing ... The AC worked for the most part, but the fan I wanted to have on all night (and kept having to change the setting to keep on) kept going off ... And the room warmed quickly. The staff was very nice, and were very accommodating.

Paid for a king bed stay with the pull out sofa bed and was downgraded to a two queen bed room. Asked to see if I would receive the difference between the two rooms back since it was cheaper and he didn’t have the answer

The computer system seems to have issues converting 3rd party bookings to in-house room assignments. I was stuck in the lobby w/ 3-4 other people for over an hour. The hot water wasn't working. House keeping needs to check the shower curtain... there was a booger stuck on it.

Breakfast was not great, everything else was perfect.

This was the worst night I have ever experienced. Biggest problem toilet clogged every time flushed. Coffee pot did not function. Bed was absolutely torture. Tried to work out with staff to resolve they wouldn’t even switch my room. Staff was the most rude anyone has ever been to me. Had to find new hotel after one night. DO NOT STAY HERE

The only thing I wish was different at hotels was more firm pillows but that’s a small thing to even worry about

The hotel had only handicap rooms available even though I reserved king bed room. My room smelled bad but they moved me to another room.

It was reasonably priced, clean, and near family I was visiting.

Not a good property. Old and dated. Bathrooms were horrible. Breakfast was bad. Never refilled anything. I felt I was in some motel in the 80s
