Breakfast was good. The room was nice and big. Staff was very friendly.

I walk with a cane, so it was difficult walking up and down the outside stairs to get in the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Staff excellent. The only thing I did not like was that there were no grab bars in the bathtub. For me, an 69 yrs young with hip problem, it was slippery getting in and out of the tub. Besideb that everything was very good

Staff very helpful, especially when our flight was delayed for 12 hours, they gave us options if we needed to stay longer. Loved the pool and water slide. Hot breakfast was excellent, and 24 hour coffee.

The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. The room was extremely musty. It was very hard to sleep, I would never book again.

Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great.

Stayed at Rodd Royalty and unfortunately would not return. During a rainstorm, the window in our first room leaked badly onto the carpet. There was a strong musty smell and staff admitted they already knew about the issue. I asked for another room and while they moved us, there was no apology, upgrade, or real concern shown. The second room was also very outdated and in serious need of renovation. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. The waterslide was fun for the kids, but that was the only highlight. The restaurant food was also extremely subpar for a hotel resteraunt. This isn't what I have grown to expect from a rodd hotel and won't be back

Room was ready when I got there. Staff were extremely friendly place was very busy with a hockey tournament.

There was no hot water during our stay

Parking is hard in the evening, especially seeing the spots in the dark.

Great set up in the family suite, friendly staff and fun slide for the kids.
