Unfortunately I do not share the same positivenes over this hotel as the ratings suggest. Worst of all is the front desk personel. We engaged with two different individuals, and they acted like they would rather be somewhere else. Breakfast buffet is good with a broad selection of things. Our beds were hard as a rock, and pillows way to soft. The gym has new Technogym machines. That's positive. We paid twice for our parking... Once in the hotel parking machine, and then again when leaving the parking area, as the areas are divided into areas. I asked about this at the reception, but they said nothing about that. So now I have to claim a refund...

Had the panorama room on 27th floor absolutely amazing view although we preferred to be in the actual city ;-) great staff great food great bar Amazing pianist as well. New “default” when visiting Hamborg

Nice hotel, rooms are quite cold in the winter

I was on an Easter visit to Hamburg with my three boys, and had chosen Radisson to ensure quality. But we were somewhat disappointed. When we arrived, it turned out that the family room we had booked was occupied and we were therefore placed in a suite with a made-up sofa bed. Here, the staff had forgotten to put down duvets and pillows. We asked to have it fixed, but when they came they had only made up for one, why we still needed one. The hotel advertises that it has a spa area. However, it is only open from 4-9 pm, even on public holidays, such as Easter in this case. The hotel's breakfast buffet is clearly undersized for the size of the hotel, which is why the queue for breakfast is incredibly long. Overall, I must say that it was a disappointing experience to visit Radisson in Hamburg.

There was substantial noise in the evening on the 26th floor. Seems like noise from a laundry room running in the night.

Clean but bad isolation for noice

Nice area adjacent to park & University. We walked easily to restaurant district, ran in the park, & enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar.

Great location for the city

The breakfast was monotonic and not very kids friendly. The televisions were with limited channels in English with no channels for kids in English. Besides this, our stay was wonderful - thank you!

Nice room and view

Room was spotless. Beds were fabulously comfortable. Bar and staff here lovely. Nice buzz in the place. Breakfast, whilst theee was a large buffet, the hot counter wasn’t very appealing. Otherwise would definitely recommend

Was to the standard I expected of the hotel, be live staff in restaurant could be more friendly even if busy.

El Hotel muy lindo habitación renovada, sauna espectacular, pero el personal no esta bien entrenado, deje una tarjeta como garantia en el front desk, pero el momento que quiese poner el cargo a la habitación, me indicaron que no tenian el registro y que debia pagar al contado, un falta de seriedad total, luego pedi en el front desk el servicio de llamada para despertarme a las 4.45AM nunca llamaron, pedi un taxi para el aeropuerto, el taxista estuvo puntual pero el muchacho del front desk no tenia idea, gracias que le pregunte a una persona en la puerta resulto siéndo el taxista que estuvo parado esperando y el mismo muy molesto porque nadia de los encargados sabian de mi reserva, e El restaurnete un desastre un menu con muy poca varidad siete opciones y cuando pedi el plato que me apetecía, no lo tenian. Lindo Hotel bien ubicado pero pesima atencion pesimo servicio,

The wind was howling through the ac vent and the drain on the bathtub didn’t work right. Those are my only two negatives. friendly and helpful staff though
