There was clothing from the previous occupant left in the bathroom, the drain didn’t work in many of the bathtubs that our group had, the breakfast was not very good at all.

The drinks vending was out of order, no coffee or juice for breakfast only option was milk. No soaps of any kind in the room, no hand soap to wash your hands with, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Exterior doors that have signs saying they are locked and you need your key are actually not locked. They have tape over the lock and wires hanging out of the keypad. BUT my room and the entire property were very clean and well kept.

The hotel was badly in need of remodeling. The carpet in the room was dirty. I did’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned while we were there. The hotel was in a good location.

Entire property a little run down. The carpet in our room was filthy/sticky. Hair dryer did not work. It was conveniently located for restaurants, shopping, etc.

Out side doors are broken- don’t open with key. Waited more than 1 1/2 hrs for room to be available. Bed bug bites 18-20 bites on arms, neck and even face, showed up as we were driving away in the morning. I won’t stay at this location again!

Our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Great price, right off interstate and the staff was excellent and very friendly. Computer systems slow for checking in and out but we'd definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the motel was close to all that we wanted to see. The motel does not have an elevator but they are renovating so it will eventually have one. It was difficult for us to be on the second floor due to mobility issues but the young man at the desk carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere of the motel was nice.

Don't arrive early and expect to be greeted by welcoming front desk staff. The individual wouldn't bother to look up from his computer to tell me "Check-in's at 3." There is no elevator, so be prepared to schlep your luggage to the second floor. The vending machine was out of order and there was no one at the front desk when I needed to check out at 4:30 am. Also, while the property lists a shuttle service as an amenity, there is no shuttle. You have to call and arrange for one at your own expense. Once you call, they tell you to make your arrangements online. The online reviews are poor, so I ended up using Uber to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.
