Hotter didn’t work in my original room. They ended up moving us a few rooms down. it’s just the inconvenience of it all.

The check in was a breeze, courteous at the front desk at that time at about 6pm. The rooms looked like they had not been vacuumed as there was food on the floor from the previous. The cable was not connected, called the front desk at around 12 am to ask if they could assist with connections was told there was no one there until 8am asked if could be moved to another room and was told there was nothing available. Husband had to lift and move the heavy dresser the TV was on to find it was not connected, finding the cord and connecting it. Not helpful at all.

The peephole was missing and a piece of paper was in the hole just to cover it, the phone didn't work so to reach the front desk I had to call thru mu phone, hot water took a while to start running.

Underwhelming staff is rude and unwelcoming.. pool is dirty smells in hallways. The person making breakfast was rude and unprofessional nobody knows the word customer service…

Very old and outdated. Booked two rooms. Both were bad. A/C units smelled like mildew and cat pee. Carpet was well past its lifespan and looks like it’s unable to be cleaned anymore. Overall rundown rooms. Reception area is where they upgraded. Staff seemed nice. Location to airport was great. Could do better for the price

canceled my room and charge me for it anyways because I arrived late

My stay was quite unpleasant, the carpet was disgusting and not well vacuumed. I didn’t want to step on it without shoes!! The room was very outdated. To top it off the AC started making a horrible noise in the middle of the night that kept me awake. I didn’t report immediately because I didn’t want to be moved or have someone in my room repairing. It was still cooling, thank heavens!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The balconies and pool area need more care, the balcony had bird feces and the no towels at the pool and it was 11am.
