Breakfast was fantastic, basic Turkish breakfast. Hotel is a bit old fashioned, comfy beds. Overall it's okay..

Excellent location and good service

Great and safe location. Lovely breakfast. Moderate size room but their friendly staff work hard to make my stay enjoyable. There are lots of hotels of this size around but I've been coming back to Pera Rose since 2012 because it give me (a female) all what I need when traveling solo.

Good service levels and a great location to walk to shopping on sites or to use public transport ion.

We were given a room first that was small and not so nice, but then the staff exchanged our room.

Tried to change the booking. The hotel pretended their hotel.com ‘special booking system’ wasn’t working and couldn’t do anything. Hotel.com we’re useles.

Services: I've requested some laundry, and i have signed the receipt with 5 Turkish liras, but upon checkout they have counted it as 5 euros, and when i requested a receipt they have mentioned it as extra charges, i think this is an act of a crime, to write prices in TRL and getting them paid in EURO. Staff: Staff are rude, we reached at 1am and they told us to wait, and showed them the booking receipt, the agent kept on telling us your name is not on the system, we have almost begged him to check our names but he kept on saying get back to your agency in a rude way, then we have insisted to check the names using our passports, he took our passport and found our names, then he said what are you waiting for? we said our room!!, the whole thing was flipped to 180 degrees, very disappointing, Rooms: Very very small, it was a double room for me and my friend and they gave us one bed its even smaller than queen size bed, then early morning we have booked another hotel for my friend, do they expect a room for 2 with this small bed.

Un trained staff , poor knowledge of english . Poor breakfest and room service.

it was not like stated in expedia regarding everything. room was super small and cleaning was not that good. the place of the hotel is very good and he staff is friendly.

We loved the location! We swam in the sea across the street then lounges in the balcony all night watching the crowds. Great place!

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they help you with your luggage, hotel taxi, explaining prices, where good touristy places are. the breakfast is good. room service good. i have no complaints what so ever. everything was great, from the bathroom (which i'm very fussy about, because i like it to be clean and the shower temperature to be hot) to the bedroom. closet space was good, tv was cool.

I spend 6 nights in Pera Rose in November 2014. Everything was really great. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean and service was very good. The only thing abut the hotel was street noise on Friday nights (and only Friday nights), which made it impossible to sleep. One other thing was, even though I stayed in a non-smoking floor, the room still had some cigarette smell.
