Great place but right now a lot of construction so not an easy check in.

The hotel was swarming with uncontrolled group of kids running in the halls all night. We had to carry our luggage to our room as there were no carts. The front desk told us they have 3 of them but the parents of the uncontrolled kids kept them in their rooms all weekend and did not do what your suppose to and unload and return to front lobby. This was not t h e hotels fault but i think more should have been done to have them returned.

Construction in front the hotel so it was hard for me to acces the hotel

There was construction on the street so getting to the property is a little difficult. Once there the staff are fine. I often use the stairs especially when staying on lower floors. The back stairway was filthy. Concrete stairway so not difficult to clean. Aside from the construction and staircase, all else was pretty good. Wifi and TV are great. Quiet and clean room. The construction on the street looks like it could take the entire summer and has to be tough to deal with.

Difficult to get to because of construction. No signage. Had to walk to get hamd written instructions. Then back to car.. Lobby smelled like sewer .Frustrating. Walking distance to attractions a bonus Room clean. Unaware of parking charge until shortly before arrival.

Inconvenient lobby

We enjoy our stay, bed is very comfy, room is spacious, friendly staff, BF is simple but good and easy check in. Except for the last day, 12 hrs no water.

The hotel is near to everything. The staff are very nice and friendly especially those working in the kitchen and serving the food during breakfast. They are very kind and helpful. Excellent service.

I didn’t care for my stay there the second last day there was no water, you had to pay $15 a day for parking which I find pretty stupid , bed was hard. The only good thing was it was a quiet hotel

Upon arrival no place to park. They have 20 spots to park. Other parking is across the street very inconvenient. Upon arrival people doing drugs near front entrance. After check in went to room and it was wide open and unlocked. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Hotel had no water on Saturday evening a water leaked caused lobby to flood. We were forced to leave early as we needed water to shower/bathroom. We asked for a refund for a day early as we left and the front desk person said NO nothing we can do for you. Oh ya another thing they charged us for parking for the day we left as well. I have stayed in many hotels. This place is a dump not cleaned. Not sure how the hotel passes building inspector.

Good area

Although our room had a strong fishy smell, the receptionist's kindness and cheerfulness made up for it! Looking forward to booking again!
