I had booked 3 rooms for us and 2 other family members for a reunion that we attended in the area. We found problems with all the rooms, some worse than the other. One room, the sink that had black countertop had white specs all over like someone had brushed their teeth and sprayed everywhere, and also had to call maintenance to fix sink clogging. Our TV didn’t work the second day. Another room the TV didn’t work at all the first day and needed someone to work on it for an hour. The worst is the third room that smelled horribly musty and disgusting. She noticed her clothes were damp at the end of the stay. She was so sweet to not complain (she’s a nun) and instead wrote a note to have the hotel check it after we leave. I wish she had told us earlier. I would never have let her stay in that room. I gave the front desk the note and they said we should have told them earlier. The musty, damp room did not happen overnight, so they should have known about it.

Reported blood on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Desk clerk apologized but never cleaned up. Tub floor peeling, tub surround dirty, black substance on wall under sink. Second time in as many stays we were awakened by the fire alarm and spent time in the parking lot. Stayed here MANY times but never again. Definitely not Marriot quality any more.

I found hair all over my bathroom. Had to clean all over the room

Friends have stayed there and recommended it as an option.

The check in staff was very rude, but overall the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and semi firm. The bathroom was nice, but be careful with the temps it can walk get too hot!

Wonderful

Greeted at front desk by the friendliest lady. Very helpful on dinning in area. Printed up a list of restaurants with addresses. Beautiful and clean facility. Our room was perfect.

Easy to get to, friendly staff and clean

We were on the 4th floor. We know there were other guests up there, but we did not hear any noises from the hallway or adjoining rooms. The staff was very gracious and able to assist us with any of our questions.

Our air was not working in the room. Other than that the stay was good.

Staff were helpful

Very nice hotel, convenient to our college trip to USI. The breakfast was good, although the eating area is not very big. The room was super comfortable. No complaints, would stay here again.

the floor in our room looked like it had not been vacuumed, the hotel itself was not that clean.

The sheets were very rough. The front desk person was not very professionally dressed or friendly. The food was fresh and the employee who worked it was pleasant. The pool was closed almost all weekend.

11/17 So the lady was on the phone during check in rolling quarters very rude and she need to get that rotten tooth fixed. Verbally abrasive. The room was wonderful except woke up to a slight lady bug infestation around the window.
