Decent property far from a 5 star

The hotel is lovely and the area is full of shopping, dining and transportation. Staff are mostly great and loved the WhatsApp communication function. The aircon is powerful but the room could be more sound proof.

Front desk check in lady was extremely rude. She was visibly showing that she was irritated, because I asked for an early check in if possible. Terrible sewage smell at the entrance. Overall, It did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff did an excellent job. They were friendly, helpful and professional.

I had a really good day. The hotel is very clean and the service impeccable. My only issue was the bedding. It kept me too warm, but maybe others won't mind.

Nice hotel but there is an awful smell of drains as you enter and it’s on all of the lower floors bar, restaurant, shame otherwise really good

All good only the staff from the restaurant didn’t speak English or Dutch and that make it a little bit difficult!

Great location and nice staff. The room was warm and I couldn’t turn down the temp. And because our room overlooked the street, it was loud pretty much all hours of the day.

At first the hotel seemed quite nice, they let us check in very early which was helpful and the room was a decent size and well presented, seemingly relatively recently done. After we went out and came back later we found small issues starting to appear... - the bathroom has a large full length window in it (with a thin blind) which means anytime you turn on the bathroom light the bedroom is brightly lit, making it impossible for anyone to sleep - the sink was jammed closed meaning water stayed sat in it. A small issue but frustrating - room wasnt that warm and the heating on a/c even turned to 28 degrees just pushed cool air. My wife ended up putting a couple of towels on top of the very thin duvet (crazy right!) - the coffee machine (a standard one have used in dozens of hotels) wouldnt turn on... so no coffee in the morning - then the worst and complete deal breaker to ever considering staying in this hotel again (a definite NO). Around 1-2am loud music started right outside our window. This got louder and louder, continuing past 8am and making it literally impossible to sleep. It seems there is a nightclub right outside the courtyard to the hotel and its HUGELY noisy. You can clearly and loudly hear the music and the DJ and its just way too loud and comes right into the room.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. They even gave us a champagne birthday surprise. Concierge is one of the best in the business.

The people at the front desk are amazing. They are the nicest people we have encountered. They are also amazing with kids; making them feel at home.
