Room was big, clean and quiet. The lobby was great! The sushi restaurant was an excellent experience

Nice hotel now that all the renovations are done. Room was spacious with good sized desk to work at. Check in staff member was friendly and efficient. Overall goid value for what I paid.

Stayed here for a concert. Public transit was easily accessible from this location. There was a mix up with whether or not breakfast was included in our stay which resulted in spending $40 ($20 pp) for a dry croissant and a few pieces of bacon.

Great stay overall

Good location. There was a persistent squeeking noise???bad plumbing? Interior room was very dark. The bathroom needed updating.

The rooms are in poor condition. Ceiling tiles and walks have water damage.

Check in was great. Room was clean and spacious. Parking outside is very tight and usually full but does have underground. Elevator needs servicing. Both were broken at one point. Our room had window was facing the atrium which was odd for us and people hanging out there. But other than that, staff was great. Room was good.

The hotel is okay. It’s pretty dated. But overall it’s a good place

Hotel staff were amazing very friendly and accommodating, always answering any questions that we had with a smile. Hotel rooms are a little dated the bathroom could definitely use some upgrades. The pool is nice a but on the cooler side. Overall we had a nice time we had a appointment in the city we enjoyed how convenient it was to many businesses around the area as well.

Hotel was amazing! I have never seen a fitness area that was so large! Only downside was the hot tub was out of order.

Convenient to where we needed to be.

The pool area was gross, the hot tub was cold and full of film and hair, no way to turn the jets on. The pool was full of hair and film aswell.

Renovated

It was a wonderful stay for my daughter’s birthday. Very beautiful. The balconies could use some cleaning and privacy.

Little downside AC flooded my bathroom but maintenance was quick to fix it. Forgot my fancy shaver/trimmer in the bathroom and called hotel for it, but was never turned in to lost but found. Overall, I like my stay.
