A decent hotel with decent service

A place to spend the night. The bed was comfortable. The elevator is suspect. Overall outdated and tired.

Close to the airport and shuttle was great.

Felt like we slept in a closet. Very very small room. Room was dark. Shower had no place to place your shampoo or soap. Coffe area in the lobby was dirty!

Staff was great ad friendly. It is important to know that with a child you will be taken care of.

Check in was stressful. The entire hotel is old and in need of renovation. The beds were so uncomfortable. Only positive is the restaurant on main floor.

Pros: clean room, very comfortable bed, nice coffee in lobby, very nice staff. Good for a couple comfy nights. Restaurant downstairs. Cons: Bit loud if your room is near a road as the windows are thin. My bathroom light flickered non stop. The hallway is freezing but the rooms are warm. Overall would stay again.

I Enjoyed my stay, staff and restaurant were great, everything met my expectations, I wish the lobby had more food, snack and other items. I had a headache and there was no OTC meds available for purchase at the time. Luckily there are stores close by.

Shuttle from airport to hotel stops at 12 midnight, taxi is flat rate $28. Despite saying 24hr shuttle service.

I was told when I called that the shuttle service from the airport would have a wheelchair lift and be able to pick us up with no trouble to my group of 6 with one being in an electric wheelchair. When the shuttle arrived, it did not have a lift and half my group had to stay behind and get a cab that had wheelchair accessibility. Not happy about that.

Hotel room we booked was false advertised with free breakfast, clearly says that on my receipt. However, in the hotel we were told no free breakfast and we only got a $25 voucher which covered breakfast for 1 person only in the restaurant on the property. We were a family of 4 staying in the hotel...incurred additional unexpected costs before our travels even began.This is false advertising, unacceptable. On a good note, rides on the shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport were smooth and convenient.
