Actually there was nothing we did not like. We opted on our last night to dine at the hotel. We found it quiet and intimate. The food was excellent and the service was quick and our server was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel itself was good, kitchen facilities were a good location. It's a series of buildings around one open court yard. Means you have to go outside between reception and room. However, check-in was poor. Asked to show reservation then was given a piece of paper with their email and was told to email reservation. This was very odd and never happened to me before as a regular traveller. Then when room key made, told that the lift in the building we were staying in wasn't working. They did offer to take our bags up and could phone to get them to take it down. However I would face expected them to check this was ok before confirming our room.

We stayed here on a Road Scholar tour and stayed 2 extra days. Property was in an excellent location in the Marais. I walked around in the early evening and felt very safe. Restaurants and shopping very close. Close to Bastille and several small gardens. Easy access to all attractions. Metro about one block and Uber was inexpensive to other tourist sites. Enjoyed just walking the streets of the Marais.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't send a message saying the elevator had more than a week that it was not working. It would have been nice to know that in advance and not arrive and had to carry own luggage 2 and 5 floors since we were in a group. Other than that the area is nice, several restaurants nearby and a metro station.

Extremely quiet, bed very comfortable, bathroom nice. No concierge or help with activities. Long walk or public transportation to most sites of tourist interest. Excellent breakfast buffet. Restaurant not popular.

The hotel could use a bit of a renovation but overall it was cute and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard.

Our allocated Executive room was awful- dark, small, drab and smelt of smoke. On our request, we were allocated a better room of the same class. This was comfortable, clean and well equipped but still bland. Communal areas were not great although the hotel has pleasant outdoor garden space. This didn’t feel like a 4*hotel and not worth the daily rate.

I try to stay somewhere different every time in Paris and this hotel was the best. I loved everything about it. The staff was so nice. The room was actually very large for Paris (and really nice and comfy). It was just beautiful walking through the garden restaurant to my room and I had a nice view. Would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom room, it's called a junior suite or something along those lines and it was absolutely fantastic for our family of four. It had 2 double beds deep in the room, in addition to a tv area and front of room where I could work if I woke up before the family. We are big walkers and the location was famtatic for that as you could set out in multiple directions to desirable neighbour hoods that were lively and fun. Finally we also got the breakfast which was famtatic...gave the fam something to be excited about every morning we woke up

Beautiful courtyard as in the picture and friendly staff however check in was so slow, not given any instructions regarding Wi-Fi or breakfast so didn’t know where to go on day 1. The room was lovely and the bed really comfortable but the tea, coffee and milk were not replenished throughout the stay. Unfortunately on day 2 the lift broke down which was not ideal as we were on the fourth floor with my 88 year old mother. Reception just said it was disappointing. Limited menu in the courtyard but pleasant. We didn’t find the restaurant.

Good hotel. Bathroom is a little small but to be expected from a Paris hotel. Only odd thing is the setup as the hotel is all different buildings. Challenging when you have a lot of bags and it’s all stone.
