Restaurant was closed, pool and hot tub was closed, our room had no towels, no cups and no coffee. To top it off, my son (who’s in a power wheelchair) and I got stuck in elevator and had to use phone in elevator. Then they called back and stated they were told we got out of elevator. I told her we didn’t get out of elegant then staff got us down. Staff said someone earlier got stuck and did get out. It’s a huge hotel and we were told there was only 1 elevator. Staff was nice and it wasn’t her fault but very poor facility from last time I stayed there years ago.
