Rooms a little dated, but clean and affordable.

My room had an awful smell, refrigerator didn’t keep my items cold and the sheets weren’t the cleanest

My stay at the hotel was excellent, and I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

We found that our stay was very enjoyable. There were security to enforce the pool rules and curfew for children enduring everyone would follow to the safety and quiet rules. It was a really nice stay.

rooms were so clean everyone was so friendly the only thing I did not like was that you had to pay additional for parking

Definitely we are going to come back, everything was great, super clean, amazing bedrooms, delicious breakfast, etc….

We started going to the Lombard/Oak brook, IL locations 20 plus years ago when my sister got married, and it used to be beautiful. It was so beautiful we made it a yearly thing on New Year’s Eve. Well my sister and I booked here for the 4th of July weekend, and let’s just say it was horrible. The carpet in the rooms was so dirty it was unbelievable, and last but not least the swimming pool and hot tub was beyond dirty. I ask them not to get in that filthy water, but they did anyway. Now my granddaughter, nieces and nephews are sick with Community Acquired Pneumonia, Diarrhea you name it from the filthy pool water. No one should spend this type of money and get this type of treatment. They need to need to have the carpet cleaned at least twice a year. No one should have to swim in a nasty pool. The breakfast

No rude people or drunk people outside the facility hang out. Easy to park.

The room small and looking old

Very clean hotel, with a cozy bed and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Special Shout out to Moe aka Muhammad who went beyond the call Of duty.

Good and clean.

The size of the room was perfect. The front desk workes and especially the bar tender for the courtesy hour are fantastic. I had an issue with housekeeping. I had do not disturb on my door once I had breakfast and about to leave for the day I took the sogn off the door but they didn't clean my room. The next day I left my room with the do not disturb sigh on the table. When I returned my room hadn't been cleaned and the do not disturb sign was on the door handle. I reported it to the front desk but my room wasn't cleand until my last day of my stay

We had a nice 4 night stay when in the area, staff were helpful, easy parking and good breakfast in the morning.
