Would love to say it was a completely relaxing experience, but sadly I can't - the first two nights (or I guess mornings, to be precise) the fire alarm went off at around 6.15am and we all had to evacuate onto the street. Once would have been slightly inconvenient, but when it happens two days in a row, you find yourself going to bed each night after, wondering whether you'll be woken up early again or delayed getting ready due to another fire alarm, which is the opposite of relaxing.
The staff were all incredible, though - some of the most friendly, helpful, and considerate people you could meet, and they all went out of their way to help in whatever way they could.
Room smelled slightly of stale cigarettes, and the smell didn't clear after several days so I'd suggest the furnishings either need a deep clean or to be replaced.
Other than that, very comfortable bed and pillows, and the room amenities were very nice too.
