Convenient location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Gym is great. It has lots of equipments just like a regular gym with water, towels, and sanitizing wipes. You can go to the subway via the underground without going outside. Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Eataly, Holt Renfew are all close by and they are accessible via the underground.

When visiting Toronto, the W in Yorkville is typically my number one choice. Unfortunately, this stay started off quite rocky. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness in the room and hallways; the rooms on floor 9 looked nothing like the room I stayed in on floor 10 (dated and needing renovation). Service was extremely slow when needing to reach the front desk - and I overall didn't feel as welcome as my initial stay. I'll be visiting again next month and am rethinking my stay!
