Worst experience staying at this hotel and the whole process of checking in. Poor management and lack of customer awareness, unprofessional. After paying through the app and arriving to the hotel for check in, the guy on the front desk was having a hard time to process my reservation due to a payment done through “expedia” and not through the hotel. Never had an issue like this before in any hotel while paying through hotels.com. I was in the lobby for 20-30 mins waiting for him to contact his boss and figure how he could claim the payment for my 1 night stay. Nevertheless, he was careless of charging me the $100 deposit after the delay. Deposit that wasn’t released back after 4 weeks and a half, having in mind that i had to call 4 times inquiring why it was taking more than the supposedly 3-5 business days. First calls no one knew why or told me to wait. Spoke with the manager in the last calls and finally got resolved. The manager asked for my number to give me a call back for a follow up but never did. I had to check my bank statement daily and finger cross that i could get my money back. Poor management and customer service, lack of best practices on operations and customer awareness. I would recommend anyone who wants to make business with this hotel think twice and have in mind that the indian restaurant is one wall away from the rooms so the food smell is strong and unpleasant. Worst experience, very frustrated and disappointed.
