Everything was good except not habing air conditioning in they room

Very close to the Angel de la Independencia& right in the heart of the city. I found the area safe, walkable & enjoyable. There is a decent breakfast available, but the hours listed are incorrect so go early! The room can be a bit hot during the summer months. No parking, but plenty of taxis.There is a hotel with a similar name on the same block, so be aware of that. Overall, good for a budget traveler like me.

Everything was good except for there’s not parking at the hotel

The best feature of this hotel was the location. We had stayed 8 years ago and liked it then. But this time we had a terrible experience. We stayed at 304 and my mother in law got bed bugs. Walls are thin, we could clearly hear other people businesses. The staff is not the nicest like it used to be. The Hotel shows decay that is not being addressed. I’m struggling to write this review since I really loved this Hotel before. We will not stay here ever again. Not recommended.

Dust elephants under the bed. Floor’s dirty, bed linens not properly tucked in. No towels in room, no water glasses, no tv remote. Check in was slow as clerk was more interested in talking to her friend on her phone than helping us.

For the price the room was ok, it did lack cleanliness, the rooms are also a bit outdated, excellent location, the guards and the receptionist were very amicable except for the guy that did our check-in. The area that looks the best it’s the lobby, it seems to be recently renovated

I didn't like i make a reservation 1 week before and when i get there they send to a different hotel and then later they brought me back to the hotel so the explanation was they overbooked the hitel and they have no room for me there then that say they found a room with 2 bed not 1 bed not familiar with the area so didn't know what to do

The property was definitely not what I was expecting it to be. It was old and dated. bad odors. The only good part about it is the location.

Terrible option. They don't have parking, and there's no place to park nearby. External parking lots charge by the hour, and if my stay is for 3 days, why should I pay so much for parking? The rooms are very small, and the staff's service is average at best. Definitely not an option if you have a car.

Checkin they did not have my paperwork or reservation. They finally found it. No 2 keys. Only one.

Pros: The hotel is a nice central location. The staff is overall nice. Price is ok (you get what you pay for). Cons: -The staff is very slow with the check-in process. I asked if I can print one paper but they refused which was weird. They do not know any English which also made communication harder than it should. -The area around can be very noisy. You can sleep if you are used to have some noise around but it can be annoying especially that there is a band at the nearby restaurant that plays music till around midnight. -The towels appear as if they have been used for a long time. -Cleaning can be better. Some rooms have old dry stains. Overall, good for a 1-2 quick stay

Blanqueria vieja y rota, encontramos solo 1 toalla y una botella de 1/2 litro de agua para dos personas, pedimos otra toalla pero nunca la llevaron.
