The rooms were filthy. I went to my first room. It had roaches on the dresser, went to the second room It had dog hair in the tub went to my third room. It had blood on the doors and in the shower horrible experience will never return.

Bathroom was not clean with hairs on tub. While it was ok they only clean or exchange towels and replenish products by request.

It was very nice

The room was ok! Very inconvenient to not have a microwave in the rooms. The parking should be free for paying guest!

Parking is a little tough

The receptionist is in the wrong line of work, she’s anything but warm or polite. The toilet seat is disgusting and either needs a deep clean or replacement. Parking costs $12, so don’t expect it to be free. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Yes everything was great

Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was a pet friendly hotel which does not work for me. There were cleanliness issues with the bathroom sink due to clogging. Traffic in Atlanta can be challenging, and this property was perfectly positioned for getting around and there were plenty of options for shopping and dining.

It would be nice if there wasn’t inappropriate drawings on the walls of the elevators, and the sheets were actually clean! It also would’ve been a great heads up to know that I was gonna get charged $50 so that I could park. I was not informed of that beforehand and left with no choice for to pay with it.

everything was good! it was a pretty view and the pool was really big and clean! the gym was great too. only downside was the bed not being so comfortable. but we only stayed 1 night so it wasn't much trouble. we would stay again for the city view, it was beautiful watching the sunset!

Excellent Stay

Staff sucks!

The staff including the GM is nowhere near professional and that's why I'm dealing with the BBB instead of them, because when the GM don't care how the employees treat their customers why should we care about them.

The Staff were great. They were very cordial and polite. Over the rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the rooms was not great. Under the pullout sofa there were plastic cups, fries and other garbage, The bathroom was somewhat clean with towels, but the floors in the bathroom and throughout the suit didn’t look like they were vacuumed. Unfortunately, the last night of 4, there was a musty/foul odor, that occupied the suite we were in. It was coming from the floor along the wall next to the adjacent room. The carpet was damp, and it got onto my backpack as it was sitting on the floor along the wall. It was so bad that I could not sleep the entire night. The next morning, I left my backpack and many of my contents in it in the room as it smelt terrible. When I spoke with the person at the front desk, they were very apologetic and said they would have given us another room had we asked. I wasn’t about to wake up the rest of the room to move for about 6 hours of sleep.

My husband and son enjoyed their stay! He said room was very nice and facility nicely updated. There is a charge for parking which I feel should just be included in the stay… but that is fine. Check in east. Location very nice!
