There was no ventilation and window were fixed in case you need fresh air that is not possible. Basic things like water bottle, bodywash were not there.

Short 3 day trip. Staffing shortages meant no room tidy first day. I always put “do not disturb” on the door for the first couple of days anyways, so was surprised to get a note under my door asking me to take notice off the doorknob.

Got into the hotel at around 6. Our room was an adjoining room. The guest in the room next we’re enjoying each other loudly. Asked to be moved which they did got in there and no tv. Moves again my husband has

Good clean room, maybe a little bit outdated, everything looks like it's from the 1980's. We only stayed one night, so can't really complain.

Overall our stay was fine, nothing particularly notable to remark on that was outstanding. We were not impressed with our room, particularly the fact that we had a joining room with a complete stranger, and even though the door was “locked”, it didn’t feel safe and you could hear everything in the other room: particularly the TV blaring for most of the night followed by the cleaning crew coming to clean the room around sunrise the next morning. I think this is a hotel primarily used for construction or trades workers who need lodging while working across the border, so if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep after a long drive or a family-friendly hotel then this isn’t the place for you. Parking is extremely limited, so if you don’t get a spot at the hotel, then you have to park a few blocks away in a sketchy neighbourhood. The continental breakfast was awful.

Great experience. Clean and spacious room. Clean washroom with bathtub. Breakfast was the same like all canadian hotels. Very comfortable bed with mattress. Loved it. ❤️

We booked a hotel for my sons birthday so we could go swimming, the pool ended up being out of service for our stay. Staff was lovely but property needs some serious updates.
