The room was clean but smelly (humidity and/or pets). It’s old but that’s okay. The room was really big. Great location. Breakfast was okay.

The room was a perfect place to lay down overnight. The location is pretty easy to get to. The staff are very friendly, but he careful, the breakfast is till 9am, not 930 like we were told. The only negative us the bathroom is slightly dated, and the shower head is made for someone under 5 foot 5 inches tall. At 5'11", the shoer head is at the same height as my chin. Leg workout to get under it to wash your hair!

Confusion with check in. They told me that I had already checked in and then put me in the same room as potentially someone else who has checked in. Parking is behind the building in an alley where someone lives in a camper. Room was fine although a little old feeling. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast in the morning was cool to cold. The sausage patties were like little bricks.

Understanding that it is an older complex and needs updating. They were working on the outside of the building, and it was inconvenient. The staff were very understanding.

I did not get the room that I booked. They said that it was because I booked through a third party, Hotels.com. Room( king bed suite) was large but the bathroom was very small. Toilet was very low and did not flush properly. Soft furniture was stained and did not look clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was very nice. Midnight staff was very helpful since our vehicle got broken into and had over $1000 work of stuff stolen. He called the police, went out and got the license plate # and called us at 4:00. Poor guy was scared going out there. Needs to have security at night as it’s in a bad part of town and police said they have problems every night. Ice machine on the floor was broken. Day staff was rude and not very understanding. We did get our second night reimbursed since we left but not our first.

Room is clean, staffs are very nice, as well as breakfast. Location is convenient, close to local Italian restaurant and the river. The only issue is the pipes in washroom are noisy. Feels like any room close to your room using washroom, the flush noise is loud.
