Comfy bed,

The room had outlets that didn’t work, but the shower was great, the fridge did its job, and the bed was super comfortable. I appreciate that the a/c can turn off the display so there are fewer lights in the room. It's quiet and the pool is nice.

It was quiet the bed was comfortable

Room was clean, however there was no elevator. I had to carry my bags up a flight of stairs after advising the guy to that checked me in I have a bad back. Had to make 3 trips up and down stairs with bags and luggage. Not handicap accessible. The jacuzzi doesn't work, the water in the jacuzzi and pool was green. I don't know why I got in the jacuzzi but I am praying I don't get a disease. The gate to the pool doesn't work. The guy had to come out to let me in. No ice on the second floor so you have to hike the stairs again to get ice and the breakfast was a joke. Orange juice machine not working, there was a couple of items for maybe 5 people and they had the nerve to have a sign not to take breakfast to the rooms. So I guess you have to stand in this little space the size of a closet and drink your coffee and whatever you can find to go with it. This place should be no more than $79 a night definitely not the $109 their charging.

The receptionist was amazing excellent customer service, but unfortunately the 5 stars are only for her. The facilities definitely need an upgrade. I know you cant ask for much when its $150 a night but even then the rooms are super dilapidated. Its the closest place there was to an event we needed to go to. Had I known it was going to be that bad I would have just done a commute further away. To make matters worse we are on our way to the urgent care to treat a spider bite from our stay.
