Excellent location, staff, and breakfast. Our only complaint was the small room size (for the money), and no discernible waste recycling containers on premise.

Everything was excellent. Except for I had a two bedroom when I wanted a single bedroom. I think our late arrival affected that availability..

I hurt my knee and the front desk helped me locate where to buy crutch and orthotic brace.

Clean, modern hotel with close access to city centre. Parking was relatively straightforward although tight but have appreciated directions to car park prior to arrival. Check in was very slow and felt more staff would have helped speed things up

Never stayed at NH before, unknown to us. Breakfast was expensive for the quality & what they offered. Bed was a bit hard.

A great hotel in fantastic location - great friendly staff ! Will be back !!!

The NH hotel chain understands how to please it’s guests. Very pleasant experience at check in from a young lady who really made us feel like they appreciated our business. The facilities are very clean and well appointed. Even the parking garage looks like it’s been recently painted. The room was basic but very nice and clean with sufficient toiletries and towels. It even had a tissue dispenser and tissues. That is a rarity in European hotels it seems. Check out was equally very good with the young lady happily providing us with additional tourist advice. Breakfast was busy but the food was plenty and lots of choices. Staff in the restaurant were busy cleaning tables and assisting guests. No dislikes other than the entrance to the parking garage is a bit of a challenge as one feels as though they’re driving on the train tracks to get to the parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Room well serviced if a little noisy in morning due to proximity of service room opposite. TV picture poor at times and navigation a bit tricky with only 1 BBC news uk channel available.

This property really does it for tourist in Zaragoza also really nice staff and knowledgeable especially Diego who gave us great directions

Literally right next to everything. Loved walking out the hotels front door and there was the Roman wall, market, main plaza, Cathedral-Basilica of Pillar.
