Staff friendly and helpful

We’ve stayed here 3 different times now traveling back and forth to the US. Always clean and friendly staff. The restaurant bar area are also good. This place is old and could use refurbishing. But not a problem for us. We would stay again.

All was excellent but need more maintenance

Las instalaciones no están actualizadas. No se ve ni se siente completamente limpio, principalmente en el area del baño. Les falta capacitación y empatía a las recepcionistas.

Affordable centric accessible

Staff was pleasant. Hotel was filthy.

On several occasions there was no hot water, the parking was unsafe, another customer hit my car and no one took responsibility, the sink was clogged, I had to change rooms.

Muy buen servicio

The room was barely acceptable clean. The gym was not in service which I was not notified beforehand and was very inconvenient for me, since that was the reason why I booked this place, if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else cheaper. Price was not worth it.

No gym facility opened , elevator was broken and no heat water on the shower …

Very clean, personnel was very pleasant and willing to help
