Great hotel

Great hotel in a good location. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice.

This hotel was affordable, clean and very easy to walk to major attractions

Other than proximity to the metro station, making it accessible to most attractions, this hotel leave a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were dirty and wasnt cleaned when we arrived and was not cleaned properly when we were there. The staff were rude, except for one female receptionist who was very welcoming and made good restaurant recommendations.

A wonderful place to stay in Barcelona, I highly recommend INNSiDE Apolo! Great rooms and amenities, and well decorated and furnished place! The team is also extremely friendly and helpful, nothing to complaint about! :D

Very clean, modern, and friendly

The staff were in general lazy, apathetic, disengaged and lacked empathy. I told them twice that I have a medical condition - anemia. The forced air heater in my room did NOT work correctly. They sent two staff to "look." They gave me BS reasons. I slept with sox on my feet and gloves on my hands to help keep my anemic body warm at night.I put on layered night clothes too. I am a foreigner - I traveled 3,000 plus miles to stay at a hotel where the staff disrespected my medical condition and were to apathetic and LAZY to ensure I received high-quality service!! #INNSIDEDOBETTER!!!!

I would definitely stay here again, the staff here were so nice and friendly. My friends told me i did a great job finding this hotel. I did not have breakfast here in the hotel but my friends said it was awesome.

This was my first stay at any Innside by Melia hotel but I would say I was thoroughly impressed. The room had all the amenities you could need for your stay including really nice soft slippers and yoga mat. The breakfast was amazing along with freshly squeezed juices and live omelette and pan cakes station where chef cooks omelette fresh to your order. The staff at the hotel are an asset to the hotel. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was very professional and friendly. The reception staff in particular was really lovely and knowledgeable about pretty much everything that I asked them, something which I have only experienced in very high-end hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona without a shadow of a doubt.

Loved our stay, they went above and beyond and even extended our check out. The room was perfect and they even set up a little station for my dog. That included food and water bowls, water, bed, blanket and a treats bag. He loved it. Thank you so much
