Parking too small

Beach front, super nice staff, big room

The hotel is beautiful and very well managed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. The car park is very steep, even for Spanish standards. Located right next to the cathedral, it was not noisy at all!

The property has a beautiful reception area. The front entrance is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Rooms are an excellent size & everywhere is very clean. In my opinion the menu in the restaurant does not have a good variety of restaurant meals.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and has an amazing boardwalk that you can walk into the Center of Cadiz which is a long walk about 40 minutes but worth it. You can easily grab a cab back to the hotel for about 6 Euros.

Extraordinary stay. Excellent service, breakfast, and very close to the center. Teresa was wonderful. We highly recommend it.

Hotel very convenient to beach and hospital ( my husband had a procedure done) Restaurants and bars excellent. Would highly recommend staying there.

The hotel is a little tired looking and the bedroom I was in was in need of maintenance around the shower area. Signs of mould on the shower head and caulking. The hotel is well positioned on the main square next to the beach with plenty of dining options close by.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Hotel is on the beach & you can walk to many restaurants. No problem parking. Very good customer service. Very good breakfast. No complaints.

Excellent Customer Service

We were looking for a place to relax close to the Beach.This place was perfect.Beach was directly across the street.Many resturant options.The beds were comfortable.Also offered secure parking with elevator from hotel.Cleaning Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, beach directly in front of the hotel The room was great very spacious and comfortable bed Wonderful breakfast with a variety of foods selections, coffee was great to Front desk staff was helpful but should be a bit more welcoming for guests. We had a few questions during our check in which were answered however upon asking for more information we seemed to be a bother and didn’t get the information we required Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful

Not to friendly staff. We arrived after 7:00 pm and asked for a possible late check out (12:00 noon is the regular check out) and got offered a 3 hour late check out for 40 Euros or 6:00pm for 70 Euros. Parking was an issue, and expensive (20 Euros). Beds were comfortable and the room quiet. A last minute choice, not worth the price. Would not recommend it
